I’m an early bird! I like to start the day with a big glass of room-temperature water (sometimes with a squeeze of lemon) and a little mindfulness (yoga, meditation, and, yes, coffee!). Then I’m ready for something wholesome and nutritious.

I lean more toward fruit, grain, and blended breakfasts. I like my first meal of the day to be fresh and filling but not heavy and not too sweet—the Sunshine Smoothie are in my regular rotation.

If you appreciate a savory start to the day, I’ve included some of my favorites as well (who can live without tofu scramble?).
