Not a main meal but rather a seasoning that we cannot live without! I have at least one of these Parmesans in my fridge at all times. They only take a few minutes to make and just a teaspoon or two can completely transform any plant-based dinner! I use these as garnishes or ingredients throughout this book. The nuts aren’t soaked for this recipe.
