I have a sweet tooth and it took me a long time to cut back on sweets, even the healthier kind. If you’re currently making the transition to a more wholefoods diet, you might still have strong sugar cravings. But, over time and as you reduce the amount of sugar in your diet, you’ll notice that you become more sensitive to sugar—especially processed varieties.

When I want a no-added-sugar treat, I generally opt for a Mint Chocolate-Caramel Chew, Lemon-Turmeric Bliss Balls or an indulgent Raw Cinnamon Roll—I love a little something I can eat right out of the freezer!
