I love a good smoothie bowl. I eat them all year long … yep, even in winter.
I spent a lot of time in the tropics where there was an abundance of fruit and I had to get creative with it. I love the colours of fruit and I love the way it makes your body feel after you eat it. On retreats, I make smoothie bowls for breakfast or brunch and I see people get so excited about the beauty that is in front of them. I see them connect with nature’s beauty through the bright colours and all the toppings. Fruit is the perfect food to give vitality to the body, spirit and mind.
