In all honesty, I put off writing this book for years. People would ask where they can find my recipes and I would say a book is coming, knowing full well I hadn’t even started writing it. It was all in my head. It wasn’t just gonna be recipes, it was my journey, and I think I wasn’t quite ready to share that until now.
Really deep down I didn’t believe I could actually write a book; I always thought it was for people who had been to uni or were really good at spelling. Not someone like me. That’s the thing with fear: it can hold you back from doing the very thing you want to do. But I’ve finally done it, stepped into the fear, and here it is in your hands.
