There’s no denying that if you eat more plants, you will feel the benefits. Our bodies need a varied diet that is rich in colour and full of vitamins and minerals in order to thrive. I have yet to meet someone who says they don’t feel better from adding more fruits and vegetables into their daily life. And as you feel better, you start to create better choices in your life and, in turn, the planet. When we incorporate more plants into our lives, no matter where we’re at, things start to happen. We start to feel more alive, and that can infiltrate into all aspects of our lives. I could tell you a million reasons why we should all eat more plants. I have read hundreds of books supporting the science about thriving on a plant-based diet. But for me, it wasn’t the science that got me into this plant life, it was how it made me feel; that was evidence enough on its own.
