The Pantry

For me, every herb and ingredient has an untold story waiting to be discovered. Each ingredient that is grown in the earth comes with its own unique energy, and as we combine these wonders and create recipes, we create new stories and magic, magic that soothes and nourishes our lives and bodies.

Nothing excites me more than a pantry – all that magic in one room! I don’t actually have a pantry, but one day I will. In the meantime, I have a corner of the boat filled with loads of herbs, spices and staple ingredients that I have collected over the years, and these are the things that I have on hand to create any recipe or potion.
