Agitator Attachments

There are three main mixing attachments, plus some specialized ones. The paddle is a flat blade used for general mixing. The wire whip is used for such tasks as beating cream and eggs and making mayonnaise. The dough arm or hook is used for mixing and kneading yeast doughs.
