Make up as shown in Figure 32.13.

Figure 32.13 Butterflake rolls.

(a) Roll the dough into a thin rectangle. Brush with melted butter. Cut into strips 1 in. (2.5 cm) wide.

(b) Stack 6 strips. Cut into pieces 1½ in. (3.5 cm) long.

(c) Place the pieces on end in greased muffin tins. Proof.

(d) The baked rolls have this appearance.
