Delicious desserts are made with coconut milk. It can be used undiluted or diluted, by adding hot water to the grated coconut meat.

The quantity of coconut milk rendered by a coconut depends on its size and on the ripeness of the nut. As a rule, ½ cup undiluted milk can be obtained from 1 large coconut.
