Apples: Baked

You can bake an apple? Who would have known?! (Insert eyeroll emoji.) The idea that an apple tastes good after it is baked is not, you know, revolutionary. That said, in Michigan we eat apples for approximately six out of twelve months, so eventually I want something besides apple pie. These are my favorites.
