The aim was for each chef to provide 10 recipes which fall in line with healthy eating guidelines outlined in the nutrition crash course and include plenty of the beneficial ingredients listed below.
When looking at the ingredients listed below it is important to emphasise that there is no such thing as a ‘super food’! No one food in isolation can have a profound effect on our health or provide all the nutrients we need. Instead we should strive for a ‘super-diet’ which includes a wide range of these so-called super-foods, a thought-through dietary regimen that provides all of the nutrients we need without requiring excessive supplementation.
