The following is a listing of some reliable sources of food, wine, and equipment available to readers of this book. I have also included many sources in Liguria, for two reasons. The first is that I hope you will go there at the earliest possible moment. It is a place I love, and I trust you will, too. Moreover, when you sample the flavors of Liguria in situ, you will acquire what I call touchstone tastes, those that you will use as a point of reference when you cook at home.
