Olive Oil Producers and Sellers in the Province of Genoa

Francesco Bruzzo makes an intense and memorable oil using Pignola and Taggiasca olives. The oil is available at the point of sale in Chiavari and is also sold abroad.

This shop, near the Brignole station and the excellent Mercato Orientale in Genoa, is one of the best sources I know for Ligurian products, especially olive oil. If you are unable to visit local producers but happen to be in Genoa, this is the place to come. They also sell sauces and vegetables in jars, plus excellent jams made of Ligurian fruit. The store is typically shut for most of August.
