Here is a wonderful little food boutique specializing in vegetables packed in oil (sottoli, or “under oil”) or in vinegar (sottaceti, or “under vinegar”). One of the real specialties here are all types of Ligurian mushrooms, which come dried or packed in either oil or vinegar.
