Daniela Tinello has a shop full of good kitchenware, including many items that are specifically Ligurian. For example, she sells the wooden stamps used in the preparation of corzetti pasta. There is also a selection of mortars and pestles in all sizes. Remember that it is preferable to have a marble mortar with a wooden pestle. Signora Tinello also sells the pirrone, the glass vessel favored by Ligurian fisherman to carry wine when they are at sea. Mail order is possible.
