Holding your own Chocolate Tasting Session at Home

  • About
Invite a few friends for a simple supper, as it’s best to eat something savoury before launching into a chocolate tasting (and, of course, it is the natural dessert course if you don’t have time to make a pudding).
Ask everyone to bring their favourite chocolate bar, or you could choose the bars yourself. I recommend tasting across the price range and cocoa percentage range. Six types of chocolate are probably enough, and the same or fewer wines or spirits.
Depending how serious you want to get, you can provide paper for people to jot down their observations.
