Some More Useful Dressings

Every salad in this book has its own dressing but I wanted to give you a few more current favourites that you might want to try. They will make enough for 4 people and can be used to dress a green salad or even as a dressing over grilled fish or a roast chicken, tossed with steamed vegetables or the like.
