There are Chinese markets throughout the country, and many supermarkets carry a limited selection of Chinese noodles and sesame oils. It’s probably possible to find the few Chinese ingredients I’ve suggested near where you live, but here’s one store that has a catalog, does ship áhd is, according to Chinese cookbook author Barbara Tropp, very reliable:
