It’s amazing how much of October revolves around the final day of the month and it always has a special place in our hearts because we first opened up on October 31st. Certainly the shop will be full of local pumpkins of all shapes, sizes and colours, and we also get the first of the new season Brussels sprouts and parsnips. We always wait until the first frost of the season so that the starch turns to sugar and makes them very sweet.
