Staying healthy is key to a long life, and what we put on our plates is a huge part of that. While I am an advocate of conventional medicine and seeing a doctor when we need to, I also believe that we can intervene on our own behalf through what we eat. Various spices can be used to treat illness and ward off specific ailments. They help our body be its best self and can help us manage all sorts of issues, many of which I will examine here.
