We tried to make it the four of us, Jess gave it a try but it wasn’t for her. And until very recently I’ve only ever had one person helping me in the kitchen since that first year. When the kitchen team is that tiny, just you and one other, it really matters who they are. One guy Luke was great, but in the end he wanted to move on. I had another who ended up robbing me blind. Good riddance.
