We offer three extremely simple recipes (and we include Foie Gras Poached in Lentils among these, because although it’s expensive, it is child’s play to prepare) and two that take a little more time and effort. Warm Lentil Salad and Lentil Soup are in fact quite similar, and the cooking of the lentils remains fairly consistent in all of these recipes, even the ones in which the lentils take on a different form, as in the pancakes and the terrine.
