Piping

  • About
To maintain a steady movement needed for smooth piping, brace your arms against your body, and move slowly in the direction you are piping. A gentle pressure will create a flow of mixture the same size as your tip; heavier pressure will increase the size of the flow, making it larger than the tip. Raising the tip slightly, along with increased pressure, will make the shape not only wider but thicker. You can actually double the diameter of the mixture emerging by increasing the pressure and moving the bag slower.
