The Really Garlicky Company

I still find it amazing that some of the best garlic I have ever had is grown right here in the Scottish Highlands. Successful husband and wife team Glen and Gilli Allingham grow Hardneck Porcelain garlic with its sweet, juicy, plump bulbs on their farm near Nairn, and in the winter they supplement the supply with Patagonian Purple, which is very similar. The company also has a range of garlicky goodies, such as garlic bread, aioli, and oatcakes. You can find their garlic in shops and supermarkets throughout the UK but I order mine from them direct online.
