Serving Vegetable Soups

One problem with serving soup is that it sometimes cools off by the time you get it to the dining room. One way to avoid this is to use heavy bowls and heat them in a 200°F oven before ladling out the soup. But don’t forget to warn your guests. Or serve the soup from a tureen at the table.
