Cookie moulds for every occasion
From the outside, besides a small sign on the mailbox, there is nothing to indicate that Linus Feller and Petra Mösli live in an anise paradise (anise cookies that is, also known as Änisbrötli or Springerle, whose delicate designs are made with intricate moulds).
However, visit the narrow room at the back of their house and it’s a different story -over a thousand different models, stacked on shelves from floor to ceiling.
‘Go to the end and look left,’ Petra says.
Behind the shelves is a stone wall, part of Nidergösgen’s Schlosskirche, the church which towers above their cosy home.
