  • About
The old olive oil mill at the base of hilltop Opio near Grasse has been in the Michel family for seven generations & the remains of a mill dating back as far as the fifteenth century can still be seen. From mid-November until March, depending on the season, two sets of mill equipment, one modern & the other more antiquated, grind tiny ripe Niçois olives into rich green olive oil, to be sold in gleaming tins in the mill store.
