Josceline Dimbleby is the author of Party Pieces, the Book of Puddings, Desserts and Savouries and a series of cookery books for Sainsbury’s. She has contributed to a number of newspapers and magazines and has appeared on both television and radio.

The author’s childhood, spent amidst the exotic aromas and flavours of the Middle East and South America has developed her tastes for spices and herbs.
