  • About
On the high mountain slopes of Korea a thriving array of wild vegetables are found. Throughout history this abundant variety of vegetables has provided a rich source of nourishment and of inspiration for the national cuisine.
Vegetables are transformed using a variety of preparation and cooking techniques, and their flavours are blended in unique and exotic ways. A simple medley of wild mushrooms provides delicious earthy flavours, whereas an extravagant fusion of seasoned vegetables, beef and rice makes a satisfying centrepiece to any meal.
