  • About

Locally made nonalcoholic drinks in Cuba range from a batido (a Cuban milkshake) flavored with Cuba’s rich ice cream, sometimes decorated with strawberry or chocolate syrup, to cola (soda) or a malta (lightly carbonated malt beverage), which Cuban children receive as a treat on special occasions. Finca Agroecologica el Paraiso in Viñales Valley, Pinar del Río, is known for helping visitors relax upon arrival with their herbal Anti-Stress Drink.
