To talk of Thai main dishes is somewhat inappropriate, since all dishes are traditionally served together. However, the term provides a useful way of distinguishing more substantial dishes, composed of a relatively large number of ingredients, from what Westerners might term side dishes. Delicious vegetable curries, unusual stir-fries, stuffed vegetables and a tasty tempura are included here. Most are very quick and easy to make, with the majority of time required for preparation.
