  • About
It is best to use greens, peas and beans on the day of purchase but if buying ahead store loosely wrapped in the salad drawer. Do not buy any with yellow or limp leaves or tips. Fresh pods pop open easily, leafy vegetables should be firm and green and fresh beans snap easily if bent in half.
