Tubes

Tubular pastas are sturdy, very satisfying, and go well with a variety of sauces. The cavities, especially of the larger tubes, are ideal for trapping chunks in sauces. Their versatility is such that they are one of the few flour and water store-bought pastas which go well with cream sauces.
