If you are about to embark upon this section then I have to assume that you have either used a simpler extension of the basic methods, or you are an excellent cook, or that you can afford to run the risk of failure.
So be it!
Each of the recipes in this GRADUATE section is relatively complicated. It helps if you read, once again, the “basic method” indicated by page number under each recipe title.
Once you have successfully mastered each (or any one) of the graduate recipes, you can assume that you have passed out (not literally, I trust).
