“I am a ‘foodie’ with a distinction”
The creation of my company Truly Scrumptious Catering was inspired by my having lived in Israel and worked with the food found in the region’s lush north. I am also a graduate of Leith’s Cookery School, where I learned to create fresh, exciting food with a unique Middle Eastern flavour.
After having written, designed and photographed the content for Truly Scrumptious Catering’s marketing and PR communications, I started blogging about my two passions: food and Israel, inspired by my travels and visiting my old food haunts.
