  • About
Flower confetti is exactly what it says. Indeed, you can throw it over a bridal couple as well as over a platter of roast chicken. To make it, you need flower petals of roughly the same size, or petals that can be rolled and shredded with a sharp knife.
They are best used within an hour or so of being gathered, laying the petals on a damp tea towel until required. Or you can dry and store them, but they will lose some of their colour. However, dried confetti is effective in a stuffing for quails or chicken, and also for scattering on smooth vegetable soups.
