I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing delicious gourmet Italian food on multiple trips to Italy. The beautiful alleys of Rome and Florence, Venice, Capri, Anacapri and the Amalfi coast always leave a special and memorable impression on me. Sometimes, I’ll spend hours at a random restaurant or coffee shop just to admire the small alleys. One particularly memorable food moment for me was when I tried the perfect marinara sauce at a restaurant near the Rialto bridge in Venice.
