Peanut butter mixed with polyunsaturated margarine, finely grated ginger and chopped pineapple makes the ideal spread for an oriental-flavoured sandwich filled with chicken marinated in pineapple juice, sesame oil and soy sauce. Crunch is added with blanched bean sprouts and mangetout.
