Tucking in with Tara

Truckies have a reputation for knowing where to find a good meal, but it seems they also know a good cookbook when they see it. Over the years, they have bought more than a few copies of the Tara Tucker Book, while passing along the Leichhardt Highway connecting Queensland to Melbourne. In fact, since the first edition was released in 1971, copies of the little cookbook from the western edge of the Darling Downs have ended up all over the world.
