  • About
Use these simple categories to keep your shopping lists organized:
  • PANTRY ITEMS Check the pantry before a trip to the market and note any items that need to be restocked to make the meals on your weekly plan. This category can include items to store in the freezer as well as in the cupboard.
  • FRESH INGREDIENTS These are for immediate use and include produce, seafood, meats, and some cheeses. You might need to visit different stores or supermarket sections, so divide the list into subcategories, such as produce, meats, and cheese, to help make your shopping efficient.
  • OCCASIONAL PURCHASES This is a revolving list of refrigerated items that keep for some time and are replaced as needed, such as butter and eggs.
