  • About

Most baked goods can be stored at room temperature in airtight containers or wrapped in plastic wrap for a couple of days. Some items require refrigeration, however, or can be frozen for longer storage. Desserts such as tarts and pies can be made in advance and refrigerated; bring them to room temperature before serving. See the storage chart for a list of storage times.
