Indian curries taste best when they’re slowly simmered, but if you must have the flavors of Indian food right now, these will do nicely. You can also use any of these combos with Sri Lankan Curry Sauce. Serve on a bed of Basic Cauliflower Rice, top with minced cilantro, and enjoy Mint Chutney on the side.
