Good for virtually all mushrooms. It is a standby if you don’t want to spend too much time fiddling or getting special ingredients. Just fit the quantities to the volume of fresh wild mushrooms you have collected. The ingredients: chopped onions, bacon chopped in small squares (optional, vegetarians will not want it!), garlic (to squeeze on later), cook in butter or oil as you prefer, half and half is a good proportion, salt, pepper and or paprika to taste, glass or glasses of white wine. To serve: finely chopped parsley, yogurt or sour cream.
