All tablespoon measurements refer to Australian tablespoons - i.e. 20 ml, or 4 teaspoons, and 1 cup is 250 ml. The oven temperatures given in the recipes refer to a fan-forced oven. If your oven is not fan-forced, increase the temperature by 10°C - but experiment and check for your particular oven. If your oven is one of those new super-ovens that hold their temperature, when it comes to reducing the temperature of the oven for a recipe you might have to open the door a little (prop it open with something fireproof) to get the temperature down to the desired level.
