Five women who influenced my career

Cooks often regard their mother’s cooking as the main influence in their career, as do I. However, apart from my partner David’s direction and guidance, I regard these five women as my main influence: Margaret Fulton, Stephanie Alexander, Gay Bilson, Josephine Pignolet and Duré Dara.
