Dietmar Sawyere

Swiss-born Dietmar Sawyere comes from a family of restaurateurs. Dietmar has cooked in London's prestigious Savoy and Connaught hotels, Melbourne's Le Restaurant and Forty One in Sydney. In 2023, with wife Nicole, he took over the historic Gasthaus zum Kreuz in Canton Nidwalden, Switzerland.
