Stephen Marwick was the chef/proprietor of Marwicks in Bristol for 35 years, before retiring in 2012. Classic dishes such as Provençal Fish Soup descended from the recipes of his mentors George Perry Smith at the Hole in the Wall in Bath, and Joyce Molyneux at The Carved Angel.
