The ‘sunshine food’ of Mediterranean countries (particularly Greece, Morocco, Spain, France, and Turkey), is at the heart of this book from South Africa-based author Chantal Lascaris. Recipes are made with inexpensive, seasonal ingredients, using plenty of whole grains, herbs and olive oil, and limited amounts of meat. Dishes are simple, wholesome, and made for sharing.
