Chad Robertson is the co-founder of Tartine Bakery, Bar Tartine, and the forthcoming Tartine Manufactory in San Francisco, CA. In addition to operating establishments that are celebrated both locally and internationally, Robertson has also authored two cookbooks: Tartine Bread (2008) and Tartine Book No. 3 (2013). In 2008, he and his wife/business partner, Elisabeth Prueitt, received a James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chefs. Together, they continue to innovative and redefine their field.
